Please do not order an iPad unless if you will use it for work on a regular basis. We have had too many instances of paying for unused devices and people forgetting their iPad credentials in an unrecoverable state.

SecureMobile is mandatory on all company mobile devices. Please refer to Setup below.

All company mobile devices require to be factory reset without Apple ID or passcode lock prior to return. Please refer to Return below.

Please do not reassign company mobile devices to anyone else without consulting Helpdesk@marubeni.com.

  • my Device broke. what should i do?

  1. Go to your nearest Apple Store to see if it is an issue that can be repaired for free.

  2. If it is in a state where factory reset can be performed, follow the steps on the Return section above.

  3. Contact Helpdesk@marubeni.com for a replacement specifying results for 1. and 2.

 

  • what is magsafe?

MagSafe is a technology developed by Apple that utilizes magnets for both wireless charging and secure attachment of accessories to iPhones. If you would like a MagSafe-compatible model, please submit an eProcurement specifying so on the comment section of the New Item Request.

 

  • How to reset icloud (Apple id) password?

  1. Go to https://appleid.apple.com

  2. Select Forgot Apple ID or password?

3. Enter your Apple ID and code displayed on the image.

          4.  Click Continue

          5.  Select Answer Security Questions

 

  • how to show my ipad screen to conference room tv? (AirPlay)

  1. Make sure conference room TV is turned on and HDMI input for Apple TV is selected. *Please refer the guide in each Conference room.

  2. On your iPad, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to show Control Center.

  3. In Control Center, tap "Screen Mirroring", Wait for it to list up name of conference rooms.

4. Select the conference room you want to show your iPad screen. If you are prompted to enter AirPlay passcode, enter the code that is displayed on the Conference room TV.

5. To end showing the screen, swipe up from the bottom of iPad screen, tap "Screen Mirroring" > "Stop Mirroring".
