Remote Conference Service Guide

There are 2 conference services in MAC, this page helps you to find what service is suitable for the meeting.

Zoom

Everyone can join the meeting by several devices via zoom. If attendees join from TV conference system, Zoom would be the most suitable. Zoom requires reservation for use, please reserve it from Outlook before using it.

Microsoft teams

Users in Marubeni HQ and branches, as well as some group companies have Teams available already. If you want to contact and talk with Marubeni group people, Teams is the best way. You can start conference anytime without any preparation.

*Skype for Business has been limited to receptive use only. You can receive Skype messages and calls from external users through Teams without issue.
