Loaner Device Information
Helpdesk offers loaner devices, such as laptop, mobile hotspot, for temporary use by MAC staff.
Please review information below to understand how you can reserve and use our loaner device(s).

NOTE
- If you go over your data allowance at all, you'll be charged an overage rate. Each 1 GB over your plan is billed at $10.

How to Reserve
- Log in to BizConnect
- Click Reservation icon [] below [Quick Links] category
- Select your device from the menu
For Laptop “SYPL-Laptop Loans“
For MiFi “Wireless Card (NYK)”
For Phone “Cell Phone” - Right Click in Loaner list windows.
- Set the Start and End date.
Please fill out your purpose in the Event Note field. (e.g. Business trip to Japan and China.)
When your reservation request is approved, you will be notified by email.
Pick up and Return your Loaner Device
Pick up
The device can be picked up at HELPDESK.
You will receive an email notification from HELPDESK. After you receive the email, please drop by HELPDESK. The operator will provide you the device.
Return
Please return your loaner device to HELPDESK on the end date.
If you need to extend your loaner period, please re-submit your request.
NOTE
- The maximum length of the device loan is 2 weeks or until PC repair is done if it's loaned during your PC repair.
- When branch user requests a loaner device located in NYK office, shipping costs will be charged in addition to loaner charge.
