Windows 10 has built-in trusted antivirus protection called Windows Defender Antivirus. It delivers comprehensive, ongoing and real-time protection against software threats like viruses, malware and spyware across email, apps and more.
Microsoft edge browser
Windows Defender is built into Microsoft Edge which helps keep you protected from malicious websites and downloads. (Note: Although Windows 10 recommends the use of Edge, we as MAC must keep our default browser IE, due to compatibility issues with our everyday apps, such as TREX.)
START MENU
To get to the Start menu, select the Windows logo button in the lower-left corner of the taskbar. You can also open the Start menu by pressing the Start button located on your keyboard.
Search
To search in Windows 10, simply open the Start menu and start typing your search - Windows search will do the rest. You can also open search directly from the taskbar, click the Search icon and start typing.

Pin apps, programs and folders to the Start menu for fast access to the things you use the most.
Full start screen
If you prefer a larger Start screen, you have the option to Use Start full screen. Click Start > Settings > Personalization > Select Start from the left-pane > Turn ON User Start full screen.

Windows 10 is all about quadrants. You can drag open windows into corners of the screen to pin them to a particular quarter of the display, or use Windows Key + cursor key keyboard shortcuts.

Type “Notification” in the taskbar search box. Under Notification & Actions, select the apps you wish to turn ON notifications.
tablet mode
If you want to try out tablet mode and you have a touchscreen (PC or iPad) so you don’t have to use a keyboard and mouse, then you can manually switch to tablet mode. In Tablet mode, the Start menu is now the Start Screen and the taskbar will have a back button.

Adobe asks me to sign in
If you are using Adobe Acrobat Standard/Pro DC through a Marubeni Tokyo license, please enter your VDI credentials “ID@jpn.marubeni.com” and the VDI password.
If you are using a purchased Adobe through other licensing means, the user is responsible for the credentials. Please follow the instructions below.
