LOST or STOLEN Device
Do not panic, take a deep breath and do the following.
For Personal devices
If you have SecureMobile installed, please perform at least step 1.
If you have Microsoft Authenticator installed, please perform at least step 2.
Do everything for all company devices.
1. Wipe Company Data Immediately
You must do this yourself as soon as possible, to increase the chances of a successful wipe. Helpdesk@marubeni.com 2124500694 is only available on workdays 8:30-20:00 EST. Please keep a second device with Company Portal readily available.
1) Go to Intune Company Portal on your device.
2) Select the lost or stolen device.
On mobile, tap (…) ; on PC click Actions.

To wipe company data on mobile only, select Remove Device. Once you remove device you cannot switch to Factory Reset anymore.
For PC or to wipe everything on mobile, select Factory Reset.
2. Remove Microsoft Authenticator
1) Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/.
2) Go to Security info - UPDATE INFO.
3) Authenticate using any method at your disposal. Based on your settings, the selection will vary.
4) Delete any option that can be abused on the device lost or stolen.
3. Locate Your Device
You can only locate your missing device by yourself.
4. Contact Necessary Party (Lost&Found, Police, Airport, Taxi Company, etc.)
5. Fill out Lost/Stolen Report and Submit to your GM
The report will be submitted to CFAO and SYPLGM.
6. Report to Helpdesk

We will terminate device service and plan replacement. We will ask whether or not you have done all of the above.
