All loaner requests require reservation. You can also reserve using mobile and personal PC. If you have no means, please contact Helpdesk@marubeni.com with DPU.

Pick up and Return your Loaner Device

Pick up
For PC, Helpdesk should be informing you of the BitLocker PIN. Log in using ID@jpn.marubeni.com and your usual PC password. The server for VDI is marubeni.dizzion.com.
Any other device should be straightforward. Please ask Helpdesk@marubeni.com if necessary.

Return
Please return your loaner device on the end date. You will continue to be charged until return.

NOTE
  1. MiFi overage charges start at $10 per every 1GB. If any concern, please consult Helpdesk@marubeni.com.
  2. All loaners are for temporary use only. Please consult Helpdesk@marubeni.com separately for permanent replacements.
  3. When a non-NYK user requests a loaner device located in NYK office, shipping costs will be charged in addition to the loaner charge.
  4. All data on loaner PCs will be wiped on return. Please upload to Box or stick to VDI.
  5. Other loaner devices may also be available. Please do not hesitate to consult Helpdesk@marubeni.com
